Welcome to the Arizona’s Child Care Electronic System (CCES) information site!

To improve the attendance tracking process, the Child Care Electronic System (CCES) has adopted an electronic attendance system from KinderSystems. This system allows childcare providers to efficiently track, store, and report child attendance for billing purposes. Please select your user type below to get started with the new system.

DES is currently onboarding providers to begin using CCES. In partnership with KinderSystems, trainings are being provided to those that sign up for a cohort. Arizona DES providers interested in using CCES can inquire and sign up for a cohort with DES here:
