The Arizona Department of Economic Security’s (DES) Child Care Electronic System (CCES) uses an electronic attendance system from KinderSystems. DES contracted and certified child care providers collect electronic sign-in and sign-out records from parents, caregivers, and guardians, and submit billing to DES through a fully automated process

DES is currently onboarding child care providers to begin using the CCES. In partnership with KinderSystems, trainings are being provided to those that sign up for a cohort. Arizona DES providers can sign up for a cohort with DES by visiting this link.
