Child Care Providers: Identify Your Provider Type

To use the Child Care Electronic System (CCES), it’s important to know your provider type: NCRP, CCMS, or Certified Home. Your provider type determines the setup process you should follow and the tasks you can perform.

NCRP Providers

Non-Certified Relative Providers (NCRP) provide child care services within the State of Arizona for families approved for DES child care, who are related by blood, marriage or by court decree.

CCMS Providers

Licensed Child Care Centers and Child Care Group Homes have a contract with DES and receive financial reimbursement for providing child care to children and their families eligible for DES child care assistance.

Certified Home Providers

Certified Family Child Care Providers provide care for up to four children at once in their home.
